عنف شعبي

العنف الشعبي (بالإنجليزية: Communal violence): هو أحد أشكال العنف؛ يتم ارتكابه عبر الخطوط الإثنية، حيث تشعر الأطراف العنيفة بالتضامن مع مجموعاتها ويتم اختيار الضحايا على أساس عضوية المجموعة.[1]يوجد العنف الشعبي في أفريقيا،[2][3] والأمريكتين،[4][5]وآسيا،[6][7] وأوروبا[8] وأوقيانوسيا.[9]
