سومنر كابلان

سومنر ز. كابلان (بالإنجليزية: Sumner Z. Kaplan)، من مواليد 3 فبراير 1920، وتوفي بتاريخ 20 مارس 2011، وهو سياسي وقاضي أمريكي، خدم سومنر في القوات المسلحة الأمريكية أثناء الحرب العالمية الثانية، وتم انتخابه كعضوية مجلس النواب الأمريكي بولاية ماساتشوستس عام 1954، وفي عام 1983 تم تعيينه قاضياً، واستمر في منصبه لمدة 10 سنوات.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]
