ريتشارد باريت (بالإنجليزية: Richard Barrett) هو عسكري أيرلندي وأمريكي، ولد في 1838 في مقاطعة مايو في جمهورية أيرلندا، وتوفي في 20 مارس 1898 في واشنطن العاصمة في الولايات المتحدة.[1][2][3]
